The asses have ruined it for everyone

Despite repeated requests, Tattoo Donkey have not removed my work from their website. They are parasites, building a business off of the stolen work of myself and just about every other artist I know. Therefore, any work brought into me that is downloaded from Tattoo Donkey or Tattoo Me Now will be refused.
I don't mean to scare any of my customers, bringing in reference pictures is a great idea and a good way to see what you like, but let's not steal each others work. Especially when you are asking to repeat others' bad decisions or lack of skill. Unless it is a traditional or "Sailor Jerry style" tattoo, each piece is drawn for the customer and even then I usually re-draw the traditional work I do. This method will give you a tattoo that fits the area of the body it is going onto.
Thanks to Tattoo Donkey {who don't know the difference between what belongs to them and what does not} any future pictures of my work will be of the worst quality possible. Photos posted here in the past are all examples of my work, unless stated otherwise. MY photos of MY work and third parties infringing on my rights are unwelcome here, Tattoodonkey.com.

Tattoo Leeches

I recently discovered a website called Tattoo Donkey that is stealing photos of my original, custom drawn tattoos and offering them for members to "download and take to your favorite artist".
As most of my customers know, I have a big problem with people bringing me photos of other peoples work and wanting them copied exactly. Usually, these pictures are the worst examples of tattooing ever seen and I don't know of any artist that likes to work in this way. Just a couple of years ago [before the smart phone] people didn't want to get flash because they were afraid others already had these tattoos. This negative reaction to flash designs is why we no longer even have them up. Even a heart with "Mom" had to be drawn "custom" because of this fear. Now, people are purposely getting the same tattoos others already have, pretty much out of laziness. I see the girl with the black and grey roses down her side at least twice a month.
Tattoo Donkey are just more band wagon-jumping thieves, ripping off tattoo artists and their customers of their ideas. I do not resell my custom work or any of my designs through these kinds of businesses, leeches trying to make a buck off tattooing, starting a business stealing artist's work through Google image search. Tattoo Donkey has made no attempt to contact me about using my photos in this way and have not responded to my emails demanding my work be removed from their site.
To those looking for tattoo ideas on the internet, try NOT using the word "tattoo" in your search. You'll get a much wider variety of images and styles to choose from. Photos can be useful to show the artist what you want but everyone has there own style they develop over time, copying an unfamiliar style is rarely going to lead to good results for your tattoo. If you have been wise enough to choose the artist you want let them do what they know how to do. The only "tattoo artists" that would appreciate Tattoo Donkey's service are the ones looking for an easy-to-trace design so they can make a quick buck off you and get you out the door.
